Our administrators are experts in transferring custom–made websites, as well as websites that are based upon well–known web apps such as WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: We try to implement all website migrations as fast as possible. Nevertheless, we don’t have a set time frame for web site migrations. There are various variables that you need to take into consideration – the mere size of your website and the workload of our web site migration team, etc. We constantly strive to perform each migration in under 48 hours. With smaller sites, our staff usually manages to finish within 24 hours.

A: We do not require any personal info. We will require, however, the login info for your present hosting account and the name of the site that you’d like to migrate.

A: While we migrate your content, your web hosting provider won’t be aware of the transfer at all. We won’t touch base with them in any way.

Fundamentally, if we can access your Control Panel, we’ll be able to migrate your web site.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source web site building platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
